To ring in the New Years, I didn’t get the chance to ring it in on a rooftop or at the club as any young man in his 20s would, instead I was lucky enough to get the chance to visit my family over in the Dominican Republic, a humbling and refreshing trip was the best way I could of brought in the New Years, from the beautiful sights, to the historical landmarks, to the realism of less fortunate neighborhoods where you’ll catch a kid selling stones to tourists just to get something to eat. No matter what, D.R. is a sight for all eyes to see and cherish.
